Each month, we collect One Thing for service and mission partners locally and globally.
This month’s One Thing – Bismarck Global Neighbors seeks to make a welcoming community for New Americans in central North Dakota. They believe that extending welcome to our newest neighbors is the best way to grow new generations of compassionate, successful, community-minded Americans. Founded in 2015, BGN focuses on mentor programs, advocacy, and building community to meet the needs of new immigrants and refugees in the a Bismarck-Mandan area. This month, we are collecting rice and flour to fill their emergency food pantry. Learn more about this new partner, including their mentor program at bismarckglobalneighbors.org.
