Legacy Church

Each month, we collect One Thing for service and mission partners locally and globally.

Bismarck Emergency Food Bank has been around for over 30 years.  They collect, organize and distribute food to many families in need in the Bismarck area.  Our goal is to collect 400 cans.


2017 One Thing Collections

September: 506 jars of peanut butter and jelly were collected for the Community Action backpack program.

August: More than 500 pounds of new/gently used clothing was collected for the Rene Orphanage and Charity Foundation in Ghana.

July: 156 deodorants and 134 shampoos were collected for Missouri Valley Coalition of Homeless People

June: 100 playground balls were collected for Wesley Acres Camp

May:  345 boxes of Spaghetti Noodles were collected for Ruth Meiers Hospitality House

April: 2656 hair accessories were collected for Burleigh County Foster Care Program

March: 110 gowns/sleepers and 98 receiving blankets for UMW Layette Kits.

February: 606 boxes of macaroni and cheese for Bismarck Emergency Food Pantry

January: 123 sets of pajamas for Project Ignite Light

In 2016, we gave away more than $20,000 in items to various organizations!
